Is it free?
Yes. The counter, breathing, check-ins, journal, Unsent and your support circle are free. Pro adds Talk to Pip, dictation, all scenes and more.
Will my ex ever see anything?
No. Nothing is ever sent to your ex. Your journal and Unsent sync between your own devices, encrypted, and you can keep them on your phone only. Talk to Pip uses recent entries only to write Pip's replies, and people you invite see only the entries you pick. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if I slip and reach out?
It happens. You update your last-contact date, your count starts again from that day, and you keep everything else.
What does someone I invite see?
Only what you turn on for them: your day count by default, and optionally your progress, last mood and journal entries you pick. You can revoke an invite anytime.
Is Pip a therapist?
No. Pip is a caring friend, not a therapist. If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a helpline.
